The journey to blending calf meal started in the back paddock of our dairy farm. Our calves were doing well, gaining weight, steady, but we knew they could do better. The right feed combination, fresh, cost effective and easy to source was just not on the market. So we decided to hash it out with a local nutritionist to make our own and boy did we see the results. Our calves met all our expectations and importantly, held their weight. A trend people started to notice.
The rest as they say is history.
