I began my career young. For several months before ever setting foot behind a real client, I was cleaning salon floors and dreaming of the day I could apply my talents to a real head of hair rather than just a dolly.
The first time a person put their trust in my hands, I felt exhilarated. I began the interaction and was given the first shot at working my magic. When you work in hairdressing, you are not just a stylist. You’re a listener, an interpreter, an artist and a conversationalist. You truly need to seek out your clients’ vision. I began to master the art of interpreting and delivering the desires of my clients, and as soon as saw their satisfaction – the success of my work – I was completely hooked.
This has been the case for the last 11 years. With every client, I am continually mastering and improving my art, seeking out their vision and making them feel their best selves. I have always had an eye for detail and a passion for styling. Naturally, I am drawn to and fascinated by all types of hair, the challenges it creates and potential it holds.
I know that, for me, hair is truly a passion and I’ve made it my mission to excel in hairstyling as a career.
I completed most of my training in England and have a wealth of experience between working with a diverse range of clients between the UK and Queenstown. I am constantly looking to upskill and keep myself up to date with the latest trends.
