Jerram Tocker Barron Architects is a New Zealand Institute of Architects Practice, previously operating as David Jerram Architects, the firm has been operating continuously since 1986. During this period the practice has undertaken more than 2,000 commissions across a wide variety of project types. To each project we provide a commitment to our clients to achieve the best design solution based on a clear understanding of need, context, value, and construction. The practice is a Green Star Accredited Practice, incorporating sustainable principles into all projects. The principals are Registered Architects, operating to standards established by the New Zealand Registered Architects Board.
Alongside the Principals, we have a talented and experienced staff to enable teams of appropriate size and capability to be formed to suit each project. This gives us the ability to resource wide-ranging project types and sizes. Qualified architects, responsible for the design and management of projects and for the overall management of the office, are supported in design and presentation by Architecture graduates, who undertake documentation and site observation roles. We also able to offer a specialist Interior Designer, who undertakes project work as required, and are supported by an Office Manager responsible for finance and administration.
