Your first meeting with RM Homes gives us a chance to discuss your new home aspirations, and we’ll also share more about us and how we do things differently through our building process. In this process we will tackle the budget of your property – how much will be for the Land now, then the cost of the building. Now we understand the style of home you wish to build and the requirements of your site, we’ll present you with conceptual designs in alignment with your investment level as a starting point for your new home. Now you’ve signed off the final design and pricing of your new home, we’ll enter into a building agreement. We arrange for council consent, and once this is issued you’ll meet with your Project Manager and commence your build. Our team will meet with you on your site to discuss options for where your new home could be situated and how it might be oriented on your section. We’ll also conduct an initial review of site requirements for the building process. Your Project Manager will take care of you from this point onwards, keeping you updated at key points throughout your build and meeting you on site to take you through your new home as it takes shape. Once we’ve finished your home and received a Council Compliance Certificate, we’ll hand over the keys to your brand-new RM Home. We’re sure you’ll enjoy it for years to come.
