Hi! My name is Shanta, and I lead studio sio. here is a little bit about me, and the kind of work we do.
We provide both turn-key and à la carte services for all scales of residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects. We offer over a decade of experience in research and concepting, design and development, technical drawings & documentation, finishing off with building consent, and construction supervision. We love transforming ideas into livable spaces.
With the help of some very talented friends and a healthy dose of Zoom meetings, we are currently working on projects in both NYC and NZ.
