Independent Wellington own and operated food & beverage company. With four cafes scattered across the city, our kitchens serve contemporary breakfast and lunch, in-house baked goods, coffee and our own cold press juices. The LAB Victoria St is our newest location, and can be found on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria streets. The perfect spot for weekend brunch, weekday business meetings, or a takeaway morning coffee. As well as serving specialty-quality espresso coffee, we bake our own muffins, scones, & pastries fresh in-house every day, and our kitchen serves delicious, affordable brunch all-day long. We also have an extensive range of fresh cabinet food, salads, bagels, sandwiches, toasties and wraps, for a quick lunch.
