The Wine Station is Marlborough’s leading wine and food experience. Located in a newly renovated 1906 heritage building, the Blenheim Railway Station.
At the core of The Wine Station concept is the ability to showcase an incredible variety of 80 premium wines from Marlborough. Visitors can sample a tasting, a half or a full glass of wine. Vineyards without cellar doors also have the opportunity to present their wines in a satellite cellar door location they can call their own.
We are excited to introduce The Chocolate Station – located within Blenheim Station, next to The Wine Station, The Chocolate Station is home to one of New Zealand’s most extensive collections of high-quality craft chocolate brands.
There are many similarities between the worlds of chocolate and wine – with references to “single estate”, “terroir”, “climate” and “flavours” all interchangeable between both. A quality artisan chocolate, like a good wine, comes with a range of flavour profiles to suit every palate. In fact, quality chocolate is one of the few products with a broader and more complex flavour profile than wine.
