Morrinsville Baptist Church (MBC) was started in 1910 by a small group of believers living in the new settlement of Morrinsville situated some 35km east of Hamilton. From our very earliest days the church has had a strong missional identity, starting numerous 'outposts' or outreaches in surrounding towns and villages that in turn led to new Baptist churches being planted. Today the church has more than 300 people attending from all ages and all walks of life who live or work in and around Morrinsville, New Zealand. Our faith in Jesus Christ is our common bond, and we are committed to living by the values and principles taught by Jesus, as we actively promote his Kingdom through our shared life as a church as well as through our personal daily lives.
