Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the fact that in the past six years, Planit Construction has garnered 46 awards, including Supreme National Renovation, at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards. The House of the Year awards work on a points based system in which a project must gain over 90% of the available points to achieve a Gold award, which equates to being at least 80% better than the industry standard. Planit Construction was established in 2007 when two smaller companies were merged together by Greg and Rowan. Greg’s history in construction coupled with Rowan’s engineering background has enabled Planit Construction to evolve into a company that values commitment to outstanding finishes and perfect execution of our clients desires.

Benjamin Bailey’s passion for building began at a very young age and has been following that passion for the last ten years within the building industry. He has covered a wide variety of carpentry work, including architectural new builds, renovations, decks, retaining walls, landscaping, and concreting. He is a Licenced Building Practitioner and a proud member of New Zealand Certified Builders. Ben is open and honest with good communication skills, and his reputation is highly important to him. He upholds an extremely high level of workmanship and professionalism. Every project, no matter how big or small, is very important and he always looks after his client's interests, no matter the circumstances.

Rodney Harkness, owner and director of Epic Homes Limited is a Registered Master Builder and has been building new homes since 1996. After an early career as a Cabinet Maker Rodney formed RH Builders and then in March 2004 created Epic Homes Limited.
